About 383 Records

Formed out of love for music, love for discovering new music, and sharing that new music with his friends, 383 Records was founded by Scott Gardiner (Scotty Gee) in the Spring of 2024.  With a dedication to undiscovered bands and music, as well as a desire to see musicians remain in control of their music and the creative process, 383 Records was formed to be a label for artists.   

Named after the street address of the home that he grew up in on Park Street in Mattawa, Ontario, the name 383 Records is an homage to the place where Scotty Gee’s love of music was born and grew.  With memories of listening to music with his friends (possibly while consuming some substances) and also many hours of listening to music by himself in his poster covered room, Scotty Gee would dream of being in a band or starting his own record label all while testing the patience of his parents..  Well, at least one of those dreams has come true. 

383 Records aims to be a place that fosters trust and support between artist and label, with the ultimate goal being success for everyone.
